2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched by our team directly from Sydney, Australia. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before our daily cut-off on the same business day.
- Same-Day Dispatch Cut-Off: 12:00 PM AEST (Monday – Friday)
- Orders After Cut-Off: Dispatched the following business day
- Weekend & Public Holiday Orders: Dispatched the next available business day
- Carrier: Australia Post
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au or via the Australia Post app.
3. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over AUD $80
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout — additional cost applies
- Estimated Delivery (Standard): 3–7 business days (metro); 5–10 business days (regional/remote)
- Estimated Delivery (Express): 1–3 business days (metro); may vary for regional areas
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, sales events) or due to factors outside our control.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand and the United States via Australia Post International. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
- New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- United States: 10–20 business days
Please note that international delivery timeframes are estimates only and can be affected by customs processing, public holidays, and local carrier conditions in the destination country.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
Absolute Best Golf ships on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis for all international orders. This means:
- The purchase price paid at checkout does not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
- Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon delivery.
- We are unable to predict the exact charges as these vary by destination country and order value.
- Absolute Best Golf is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority for information on applicable charges before placing an order.
5. Order Tracking
All orders — domestic and international — are sent with tracking included. Once your order has been dispatched:
- You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
- You can track your parcel at any time via auspost.com.au or the Australia Post app.
- International tracking visibility may be limited once the parcel has transferred to the destination country's postal network.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at golf@absolutebest.com.au.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take the safe delivery of your order seriously. In the event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and work toward a resolution.
- Parcel not received (tracking shows delivered): Check with neighbours and your local post office. Contact us if still unresolved.
- Parcel lost in transit: Contact us at golf@absolutebest.com.au with your order number and tracking details.
- Order arrives damaged: Email us photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
Each case is reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Absolute Best Golf reserves the right to lodge a claim with Australia Post on your behalf where applicable.
Please note that Absolute Best Golf is not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery has been made to the nominated address.
7. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Absolute Best Golf is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
- If you notice an error in your address immediately after ordering, contact us at golf@absolutebest.com.au as soon as possible.
- We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
