Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Overview

At Absolute Best Golf, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy outlines your options and how to get in touch with us. Please read the following carefully before initiating a return.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened and unused.
  • The item is in its original packaging, undamaged and intact.
  • The request is made within 14 days of the delivery date confirmed by Australia Post tracking.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Sale or discounted items (including items purchased during promotional events, with discount codes, or marked as clearance).

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending anything back.

4. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at golf@absolutebest.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
  4. Do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from our team. Unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

Once your return is approved and received, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable postage method, as Absolute Best Golf is not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
  • Packaging items securely to prevent damage during return transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged (see Section 6).

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

To report a faulty or damaged item:

  • Email golf@absolutebest.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the fault or damage.

We will assess your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement to be sent. We reserve the right to request the return of the faulty item before dispatching a replacement.

Please note: replacements are subject to stock availability. In the event that a replacement cannot be provided, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

7. International Returns (New Zealand & United States)

We accept exchange requests from international customers under the same eligibility conditions outlined in Section 2, with the following additional conditions:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees or duties associated with the return.
  • Absolute Best Golf will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer.
  • International return shipping must include tracking. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
